Palma Ice Bar is open nearly every day of the year from (12pm to 12am - Monday to Wednesday) & (4pm to 12am - Thursday to Sunday) between January 10th to April 1st. The rest of the year we then open 12pm (noon) to 1am.
We are also closed whenever we change the design of the ice interior. This usually happens once per year for a week, but we'll publish the exact days on our website and share the information on social media.

The cost of entrance, if booking online is €17.50 for a 30 minute Palma Ice Bar experience; this includes a cocktail plus alcoholic shot (Ice Glass). You will also be loaned a cape to keep you nice and warm during your time with us.

Children aged 5 years to 17 years €8 under 5 years is Free
Special occasion package, including Birthday, Hen, Stag €27.50. Includes Cava and Canapes on arrival and a cocktail plus alcoholic shot (Ice Glass).

Yes, children will be mesmerised by the ice sculptures within Palma Ice Bar. Entrance prices for Children aged 5 years to 17 years is €8, and under 5 years is Free. Children are allowed into the Ice Bar up until 9pm.

Once you book your tickets you will receive confirmation via email. If you haven't received confirmation please check your spam folder. On rare occasions your online payment may not have been processed. If you have concerns about your reservation please call us during opening hours by telephone. Our number can be found at the bottom of the website.

Palma Ice Bar will provide you with matching jacket and gloves, to keep you warm. Don't worry, we have all sizes available.
Unfortunately, we can't provide footwear, so we advise that you wear suitable footwear and try and avoid open style shoes.

General admission includes a cocktail plus alcoholic shot (Ice Glass). Drinks within the actual ice bar are limited due to sub-zero conditions, but will include an alcoholic shot of your choice, served in an ice shot glass! You can also choose from a selection of cocktails or opt for a long beer. Our adjoining warm bar has a full selection of drinks and nibbles. Children can enjoy a non-alcoholic cocktail or fruit juice.

Palma Ice Bar is a really popular attraction in Palma City therefore we strongly recommend you book your tickets in advance as we cannot guarantee you availability. If you do visit without a reservation you may have to wait until the next available spaces become available. We have an adjoining bar for you to relax in.

Unfortunately we can't refund unused tickets therefore we advise you arrive on time. If you are running late please advise us as soon as possible so we can see if we can change your reservation. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

Gloves are required due to handling ice glasses. If you do not have gloves the Ice Bar will provide these for a small charge of €1. You get to keep the gloves once purchased.
